A 16% service fee applies for Spa Credit or Resort Credit used, which can be paid in cash or by credit card. This fee cannot be paid with Spa Credit nor Resort Credit. The Spa Credit offer cannot be used for the following treatments: airbrush makeup, waxing services, hair dyes, add-ons (hair, face, exfoliation, feet, and legs), gel manicures, and pedicures. A maximum amount of Spa Credit or Resort Credit is applicable for spa services according to the property: $100 USD in Palace Resorts and Moon Palace Resorts, $165 USD in Moon Palace The Grand – Cancun and $250 USD in Le Blanc Spa Resorts. Further restrictions and terms and conditions may apply to Spa Credit and Resort Credit.
A minimum stay of five (5) nights is required to quality for a $500 USD Resort Credit, applicable only for stays between August 15 and November 16, 2023.
A minimum stay of three (3) nights is required at Moon Palace Jamaica. Our family resorts (Beach Palace, Cozumel Palace, Playacar Palace, Moon Palace Cancun, Moon Palace Jamaica, and Moon Palace The Grand-Cancun) require a minimum of four (4) nights from April 2 to 9, 2023; from November 18 to 24, 2023 and from December 24, 2023 to Januaray 1, 2024. At Sun Palace, Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun, and Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos there is no minimum number of nights per stay regardless of the season. Promotion not applicable from September 20 to 24, 2023 at Moon Palace Cancun. The last day of check-out must be by Dec 20, 2023.
